Espoo Coffee Roastery Finca Los Nogales – Orange Bourbon is a fresh and complex Colombian specialty coffee. The flavour features floral lavender, bright yellow fruits and refreshing lemongrass. As the coffee cools, its sweetness becomes more pronounced and the flavour profile balances out.

The coffee comes from the Finca Los Nogales farm in Huila, where Orange Bourbon grows on the Yarumo plot at an altitude of 1,900 metres.

Honey Elixir processing

Ripe coffee cherries are sorted and quickly treated in 80°C water before undergoing five days of fermentation in the coffee’s own sugars with pre-fermented yeast. Finally, the beans are sun-dried on raised drying beds for 15 days.

The flavour fully develops 28 days after roasting.
