Returns
As a consumer, you have the right under consumer protection law to return the products you ordered within 14 days of receiving the product. Crema offers you a longer 30-day return policy. Please remember that the product to be returned must be unused and in entirely new condition. The right to return does not apply to food products.
In distance selling, the return right provided by consumer protection law does not entitle you to use or try the product. The product and packaging must also be in original sales condition. Of course, the packaging can be neatly opened, and the device can be examined.
Return Instructions
You can return an unused product back to us. The right to return applies to unused products because we cannot sell a used product forward. The product's own packaging must also be intact and in sales condition. The right to return does not apply to food products.
Pack the product carefully in a separate shipping box with plenty of cushioning (for example, the original shipping box is suitable for this, as long as the original shipping labels are covered). Include your contact information and the order number.
By using our Posti customer return code 616651, the return is free of charge for you.
Through this Posti return page, you can register the return either to a parcel machine or a Posti service point. Select "Return with a contract number" on the page and follow the instructions. You can also take the package to a Posti customer service point without registering and inform them of our customer return code 616651.
We will refund the money for the products after we receive the return and inspect the condition of the products.
