Siemasu Coffee Autumn Apple is a fruity specialty coffee from Costa Rica, made from Caturra coffee beans. The coffee has a juicy and sweet flavour profile with notes of baked apple, dried cranberries and hibiscus. A wine-like acidity adds freshness and contributes to a vibrant, nuanced taste experience.

Process

The ripe coffee cherries are carefully sorted and dried whole on raised drying beds for approximately 30–40 days. The natural process highlights the coffee’s fruity sweetness and berry-like flavour notes.
