What's New in the Fast V?

The Fast V brings upgraded precision and convenience:

• Adjustable boiler pressure in 0.1 bar increments – for exact brewing control.
• Additional heating element in the group head, speeding up heat-up time to just 10 minutes.
• The group head heater switches off automatically when the machine reaches the right temperature.

Smart & Practical Features

• Two pressure gauges: one for steam pressure, one for brewing pressure.
• OLED display with shot timer, boiler and unit temperature, and error codes.
• Energy-saving mode: the machine enters standby after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• Steamer and hot water outlet: perfect for lattes, cortados, Americanos or tea.
