Makea Coffee La Soledad is a light-roasted Colombian specialty coffee made from Bourbon variety coffee beans. The flavour profile features notes of sweet plum, ripe grapefruit and black tea.
The coffee comes from Mario Gomez’s La Soledad farm in Pitalito, in the Huila region. Grown at an altitude of 1,850 metres, the coffee is processed using the washed method. The light roast highlights the fruity and refreshing flavour profile of the Bourbon variety.
