Cafelat Robot Basket Plug

The Cafelat Robot Professional Basket Plug is used to block the flow of water from the bottom, making it handy for both pre-heating the piston and verifying the functioning of the pressure gauge.

To preheat, simply push the blank plug to the basket's bottom and fill it with hot water until it reaches the top. Ensure the basket is clean and free of coffee particles.

Insert the basket into the machine, press down the levers for 30-60 seconds to heat the piston, then remove the portafilter, discard the water, and extract the plug.
