Siemasu Coffee Jamming Queen is a fruity and nuanced specialty coffee from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia, made from local Heirloom coffee varieties. The coffee has a sweet and floral flavour profile, where the sweetness of birch sap meets a jammy acidity and an aftertaste with notes of Assam tea.

Process

The coffee is naturally processed, meaning that the ripe coffee cherries are dried whole with the fruit pulp intact. This process highlights the coffee’s natural sweetness and fruity aromas. The coffee comes from Mr. Mengeche Dersos’s farm in the Gedeo Zone, where it is grown at an altitude of 2,200–2,300 metres.
