All went smoothly
Very satisfied with Crema shop, their products with comparable prices and provided service. I have purchased Sage sbl920 blender. The product came in about a week, well packaged and polished, it works quite "smoothly" as advertised and I haven't found any flaws. If I nitpick, only downside was there was no "royal champagne" color available, but really not an issue. Customer service is on the level. Compliments!
