Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo Ota/Jätä El Salvador 200 g Coffee Beans

Helsingin Kahvipaahtimo Ota/Jätä El Salvador is a light-roast specialty coffee with tasting notes of black tea, caramel and hazelnut. Balanced and sweetly nutty, it works well both as filter coffee and espresso.

The coffee comes from El Martillo, a farm owned by the Salaverria family in Santa Ana, in El Salvador’s Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. This Pacas-variety coffee grows at an altitude of 1,700 metres. It is processed using the Double Soaked Washed method, in which the beans are soaked in clean water a second time after fermentation and the first wash, before drying.
