This coffee is lively with a silky mouthfeel. The taste is complex and layered, with notes of dark cherries, florals, cola-like spiciness, and brown sugar sweetness.
The coffee comes from the Nyamasheke region in western Rwanda, from the Gisheke Coffee Washing Station, which is run by Muraho Trading Company.
Gisheke is particularly known for coffees where clarity and sweetness meet.
