Westmark's reusable coffee steel filter bag is used in the same way as a traditional paper filter.
The steel coffee filter bag is made of a dense metal mesh that lets the coffee oils through, unlike filter paper, this makes the coffee taste richer and fuller. For cleaning, rinse with hot water and occasionally wash by hand with detergent or in the dishwasher.

The filter is far too small

The only downside is cleaning; coffee grounds need to be rinsed and they end up in the drain. However, they do come off well when rinsing.

The seams were slightly unraveled right out of the package, but so far no grounds are getting into the coffee. It seems like a good product.
KetoKA bit too large
The filter is a couple of millimeters too tall, and it always gets caught in the coffee maker when you close the lid. A paper filter would fold into place easily in a similar situation. Nevertheless, it is perfectly usable, with a fine enough mesh to prevent grounds from coming through.

The filter's diameter is smaller than paper filters, causing problems when brewing a full pot.

The filter was okay and works quite well, but is a bit too small. It didn't seem like a size 4 and the height did not match the description, it was lower.
