Roasting Level Special Paper Filters
In order to let water flow at an ideal speed for each roasting level, each paper is made by different paper structure. Water speed is adjusted automatically thanks to the different structure.
Medium Roast Paper Filter
The well-balanced Two-Side Crepe lets the water flow smoothly. The surface area is the largest of the three CAFEC roasting level filter papers. The smooth water flow makes a cup with well-balanced rich flavoured coffee.

Fast papers, make sure to order right size
These papers are noticeably faster with the drawdown compared to Hario papers, while being way more affordable than Sibarist papers, which is why I got them. My previous brews that would take close to 4 minutes easily take 2:30, unless I introduce more agitation. Whether that makes a noticeable difference in taste is a question I can’t answer yet, but I am very happy with these papers and don’t plan to be going back for something else anytime soon.
Just make sure to check the size before you order, the first time I ordered small size papers accidentally.
Better than Hario
These run much quicker than the Hario filters and have a better extraction
